Hello Napa Valley Jets Families!!
 
Fallball 2015 is here!  As this season kicks off I just wanted to send out a few reminders.
 
PAYMENT:
$250 fee.
 
PAPERWORK FOR CERTIFICATION:
If you have not already done so, please ensure that you have ALL paperwork filled out and turned in before the first day of practice.
 
Brenda and I will be available at Roundtable Pizza on Solano Avenue from 6:00-7:30 p.m. on the following dates for you to turn in paperwork, & make payments:
 
Wednesday:  07/01/15
Wednesday:  07/08/15
Wednesday:  07/15/15
Wednesday:  07/22/15
 
PHYSICAL:
Your son/daughter MUST have a Physical in order to participate, take the "MEDICAL CLEARANCE FORMto your pediatrician.
 
I wanted to take the time to thank all of the parents that have already filled out all of the paperwork & paid their balance in full-as many of you know, this makes my job MUCH easier!  :)
