About House League Baseball

The Town of Clarence Baseball Association (TCBA) have six different baseball age groups. T-Ball, Rookie, Minor, Major, American, and National Leagues. Registration opens at the beginning of the year (January 1st), and closes on February 28th. (National League closes on March 31st)  Once registration closes, all the volunteer coaches are chosen and the teams are formed between the middle to late March. Since T-Ball and Rookie Leagues are the first introductions to baseball, they are formed by friendships or schools, as much as possible. Minor, Major, American and National Leagues are formed through a draft. Once the drafts are completed, the coaches will notify all their players.

There are team practices held during April, based on each individual teams coaches and teams individual preference, along with weather conditions. There are also some indoor practices held at our indoor facility on Goodrich Road.

T-Ball and Rookie Leagues regular season typically begins the second week of May, and the Minor, Major, and American Leagues regular season begins a week or two earlier....the first week of May. The National League season begins at the end of May.  The season ends at the end of June for T-Ball - American Leagues and National League typically ends by July 31st.

More information about indivdual leagues can be found by going to the "pages" link at the top of the page, and going to each individual league.
