Conditioning starts Monday, November 28, 2022

Mondays and Wednesdays until the Christmas break 3:45 - 5 pm

Resumes Mondays and Wednesdays January 4.  Same times.

Tryouts are January 17 & 18, 2023.  Once teams are selected, practice will be every day 3:45 - 6 pm
