Road Dogs Win Seals Men's Open Indoor TournamentNovember 12, 2006
Two words - great competition! We had a full 8 teams competing on this Saturday, and the teams really gave each other some pretty stiff competition throughout the tournament.
Our champions were the Road Dogs (mostly players from Saint Mary's), who managed to tie Rosal 6-6, just before the buzzer in regulation with a two point shot. A five minute sudden death went scoreless, and the Road Dogs won on PK's 10-9. Finishing third were the EUFA 11, and in fourth were the South City FC. Over the course of the day a number of Seals fans came out to watch as well. We look forward to next year's competition! Enjoy the photo's from the day! |
