Seals Open Season Sunday at USF Negoesco StadiumMay 18, 2007
 The Seals open the Season Sunday May 20th against the Lancaster Rattlers at USF Negoesco Stadium. Game time is 4:00pm.
"We are excited to be starting up our second season here in the San Francisco Bay Area" said Coach and General Manager Tom Simpson. "It’s always a challenge to get the PDL season underway, and this season is no exception. Most of our college players aren’t available until after May 1st, so it’s a challenge to get them working together quickly."
The Seals have eight returning players, one player who came up through the Academy, and the rest are new to the Seals. "We are fortunate though, to have our relationship with the Glens (a Premier Men’s League team) here in San Francisco. Six of the guys have come up through that team, and it helps us a bit early in the season," added Simpson. "This year we’ve got several players from overseas, and several from outside of California, and I’m excited to see them here. I hope you enjoy them this year!"
