The goals of the Seals Summer Program include the preparation players for the upcoming college season, the evaluation and preparation of professional candidates for tryouts and resumption of professional careers, and the rehabilitation of injured players.

 

This is a 10 week program that has three components:  intense, competitive on the ball training using small sided games as the center piece preparing a player for a wide variety of tactical capabilities, a strength and conditioning program that combines the goals of college coaches and individual players under the guidance of a certified professional, and competitive games in formal competition. There is a single fee that covers coaching, field fees, other facilities, uniform, equipment, insurance, referee, league fees, and more.  The program is for serious college and professional players motivated to ready their game through hard work and disciplined training. Professional candidates are welcome.  Career advice and representation are offered when appropriate.

 

Training sites may include 1) Contra Costa College in San Pablo, 2) John O'Connell High School in San Francisco and 3) Dominican University.

Download and review the documents below. The first document is for your information. The second,   "How to Apply" document explains the procedure and provides additional informaation. Use the Adult Registration form if you were born before Jan 1, 1990 and use the Youth Registration if you were born after Jan 1, 1990.  Once you send the registration form , a photo, and make the payment, you're done.  If you wish to pay by check, make the check payable to "SFUSC" and send it to:  120 Magellan Ave, San Francisco, Ca 94116.
