$250 per team( Includes 1 dozen balls ) + plus umpire fee 

(1) umpire $45 per team per game ($90) per double header 

(2) Umpires $75 per team per game ($150) per double header 

All umpires fees are paid when u get to the game.. 

13/up is a wood bat league all wood permitted

12u USA BATS only or wood no little league illegal bats please

News Flash. ...All Tournament Rules $600 per team Balls and umps included for 2 pool play games only on day 1 ✅  TEAMS WILL SPLIT UMP FEES IN PLAYOFFS ( all teams make playoffs ) 

Divisions are as followed ( Will Adjust If Needed ) but sometimes we have to mix 2 age groups in 1 division . ALL SKILLED TEAMS SHOULD PLAY UP FOR THE FALL 

All games are 6 innings no time stoppage but we will have to finish each game within 2hrs (1hr 45 ) if possible 

( 6- Inning Playoffs and Championship 🏆 All ages ) No time limit 🚨 But must finish within 2hrs ( 1hr 50 minutes )

Stealing allowed * courtesy runner for pitcher catcher at anytime with bench player if no bench player available than last batted out ( make as many kids play as possible )

10-11u Little league rules USA bats 

12 & up Baseball rules = stealing * leading * re-entry allowed * courtesy runner for catcher pitcher anytime with a bench player only if no bench players than last batted out 

13u -18u play on 60/90 * 6 innings * Wood bats only * ALL TIE BREAKERS WILL BE RUN DIFFERENTIAL  

All Divisions * no pitch count but no pitcher can pitch consecutive games example 1 & 3 is good .. 2 & 4 is good 

(1 inning or 1 out is considered a game) No exceptions * SO BE AWARE AND BE SMART * Coach must keep track of opposing team pitcher name and jersey number keep track on game # and have ready for playoffs

No contact on bases At any age level ( Ejection on the spot ) unless accidentally You know when it’s intentional 

 —-UNIFORMS —— Team info - Rosters must be handed in before game day and lineups every game before game starts 

Forfeits under 8 players - teams can bat whole lineup DH is allowed for any player EH is also permitted and can Rotate fielders at anytime ... 

Ejections will roll over to next game ( director and umpire discretion ) 

must wear matching color jerseys with numbers 

all coaches must be in proper attire Matching team color scheme

TEAMS must bring extra baseballs few new * and some good enough to use * 

Teams will play same age but also play up if needed or down if needed to fill schedule . Brackets are made best to our knowledge and we will keep ages close as possible if needed and place teams in proper Playoff Brackets 

** Pre game no warming up in the infield --  no infield outfield toss Between innings ** Pitcher has 3 warmups  ** Time Length : 1 hour 45 min —-MERCY RULE **10 run lead after 4** — 8 runs after 5 except championships IT STAY AT THE 10 RULE MARK ... No infield outfield warm ups after 1st inning ( This will speed up the games ) Lets get 6 innings in ! 

Games that are Called will result in win or loss when games were played to the bottom of the 3rd inning for all 11u 12u or when losing team had equal at bats Or 3 innings 

13u and up Divisions must be played to the bottom of the 4th inning or game official when losing team had 4 AB

Time limits ALL GAMES ON DAY 1 ARE (6) INNINGS this eliminates time limits but we do have to start each game on time 

And we will have to move along throughout the game so all games can be completed within or before 2hrs 

GAME can not end on home team not getting equal amount of at bats If losing . Umpire will have final say on stopping the game to his discretion EXAMPLE IF AWAY TEAM IS ABOUT TO GET UP WITH 4 MINUTES LEFT THEN GAME ENDS BECAUSE HOME WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET UP BY TIME LIMIT  ...So game can end minutes before time limit to avoid going over the time limit 

Championships will be played to its entirety and will be rescheduled if needed for weather or emergencies but will stand when stopped if we can not be able to reschedule in fair amount of days (1) week maximum but we can negotiate and compromise with permits and coaches

** ALL CANCELLED GAMES ON SATURDAY WILL RESUME SUNDAY ( IF PERMITS EXIST MAYBE TIME SLOT ADJUSTMENTS WILL BE MADE OR FOLLOWING WEEK AND BE FLEXIBLE SO WE CAN CONTINUE TOURNAMENT IN A TIMELY MATTER ... if rained out Saturday we will do 2 game elimination schedule on Sunday 

In the case of a total wash out we do have the same fields for Nov 2nd and 3rd which will be used if needed to finish tournament 

All teams must be ready to play min 30 minutes before game time  Also understand game delays are not common but can occur from time to time rarely few minutes 

Uniforms Players must have a number on Jersey  * All teams and coaches must match color scheme coaches must wear proper attire * teams must bring scorecards books, Lineup cards ,  balls , First Aid etc etc ...

No Instruments * music * Smoking * Pets etc at our games Teams are responsible for their parents and spectators actions

( Games can be forfeited for abuse and excessive interruptions,  foul language etc from players coaches spectators  )

Best seed will be home team throughout unless tie breakers were made for both teams playing eachother 

Absolutely No refunds once payments are made unless Tournament can not be rescheduled  - rain outs will be the following week or (teams must compromise with league permit schedules (Teams that do not play a game will be invited to play in our next tournament at no charge . Teams do understand refunds are not given after playing a game and deciding they dont want to continue . Age brackets are made to best of our knowledge Teams entering example a 15u team might play 16u if that helps fill a bracket with uneven or not enough teams .Teams must understand sometimes age groups are merged to make a solid division (1 age up or down not that big of an issue but teams will be notified that pitchers should be close to age as possible if a team is placed up or down in age  ) After summer season Teams are encouraged to play up so they can get ready for upcoming season next spring 

 *** On EliminatioN Day (1 game elimination Playoffs) ****TEAMS SPLIT UMP FEES  on day 2 for playoffs $40 per team (1) ump $70 per team (2) umpires **** No home team advantage when tie breakers were made  ( teams will flip a coin because scoring can be incorrect and because pool play is 2 games and not a round robin where teams all played eachother once )) Only non tie breaker seeds can have home field
