Q) How do I or my team pick All-Stars?
A) How you pick your teams All-Stars is totally up to you
A) Although we prefer you pick players who will
- Show up @ the All-Star game
- check their email if the day is rainy and the game could be canceled
Q) What if no one wants to go to the All-Star game?
A) No biggie
A) Although we’d prefer (common courtesy) you emailing your All-Star manager, you won’t be sending any players
Q) When do I need to submit my selections to the All-Star game Manager?
A) No later than one week before the All-Star Game
A) If All-Star Manager does NOT hear from you, he is welcome to invite more players from his team or other teams. That is the All-Star game Managers call
All-Star Player Questions
Q) Is the game competitive?
A) Yes, teams want to win but managers are asked to allow all players to participate.
Q) Can I bring family and kids on the field for Pictures?
A) You can try but the Announcer, (Joe) will likely ask you to get NON- Players off the field
Q) How long can we expect to warm up before the game?
A) 15 – 30 minutes.
Q) Is there food or drink being sold for spectators?
A) No Bring your own
Q) What if the day of the game has a possibility of being rained out?
A) get in touch with your manager and keep an eye on the front page of www.SouthJerseyMSBL.com
A) Don’t leave your house until 1 hour before game time

Q) How should I manage the batting Line-up?
A) Any way you’d like
A) Although, we’d prefer you batting everyone and giving everyone equal time in the field
Q) What do I need to do when I get to the field?
A) Take a Team Pic and email it to eecnph@comcast.net or text it to (609)304-8483
- Pic will be posted on the front page of the website
1. At Least 10 minutes before the game, get the announcer the line-up and all the #s of the players.
The pre-game Announcer usually announces players' names- The player comes out of the dugout and lines up on the line. The announcer then plays “Our National Anthem”
Q) How do I collect info re: players selected?
A) Ask Managers, (when playing them) who their selections are. Get there contact info (cell-email)
A) call or email them
A) If Manager is NON compliant – don’t beg.
Q) What happens if the All-Star game is rained out?
A) It does NOT get made up and is NOT played.
Q) What is the process if game is rained-out?
A) Neil or Lou will be in contact with Frawley Stadium.
A) If game is rained out – Info will be posted onto front page of website
A) Neil or Lou will game All-Star game Managers when game is canceled
A) All-Star Manager will than call/email or text the All-Star Players
A) Lou or Neil will alert umpires
A) If game is potentially going to be rained out- please alert players to NOT leave there until 1 hour before game time.
