My apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused you and your organization. This issue has been escalated and is currently being worked on by our Dev Team. Unfortunately, we do not have a timeframe for the fix but rest assured that they are working earnestly to provide us with one as soon as they can. I'll let you know immediately once they've provided any updates.
Also, we did find a workaround that will allow the new admins to log in to their admin profile -
- The workaround is to go to your website and then
- Click on Login > MyLeagueLineup > Create Account
- Fill out the form and an email with a temp password will be sent to the admin
- Go back to the website and click Login > MyLeagueLineup > Sign in > log in using that temp password, which can then be changed once they're logged in
- Go back to the site once the password is updated and this time log in to the admin section Login > Administration > Sign in using the same email and password which will allow them to log in to their admin account.
