Golf Handicap and Information Network run the the USGA is where WWGA posts scores for handicap. Please refer to Golf Handicap and Information Network (GHIN) under Headlines in the right column of the Welcome Page for instruction on how to post your scores.

If you are a new member and do not have a handicap held by GHIN you will receive your GHIN number from Westpark or the WWGA treasurer.

The WWGA Tournament Directors are exceedingly happy when members post their scores in a timely fashion. This allows for handicap information to be available for tournament scoring.

At the end of your round please text or email a copy or picture of your score card to the tournament coordinators.

Communication - No player left behind
Please let someone in your group know if you are running late or you are going to be a no-show. We provide a roster with everyone’s phone numbers for this purpose. If you change tee times after arriving at the course please let the pro-shop know, let another league  golfer waiting for the next tee time know, or better yet call someone in your original group and tell them you are going off early. This way the golfers that show up after you have started playing will know you have already gone off. Most of the time the Westpark folks at the desk in the afternoon try and keep track of who has gone off already – but that is not really their job. It is all of our jobs to make sure changes are communicated so no golfers are left behind.
