THC Operational and Pricing Changes

Effective September 1^st, 2024

Hitting Center Hours of Public Operation

• ·         Monday through Thursday 4pm to 9pm.  Lesson priorities exist.
• ·         Closed Friday (Organization teams – baseball and softball - advanced scheduling coordinated through organization directors only)
• ·         Closed Saturday (Arsenal baseball team practices) – Baseball director coordinates scheduling.
• ·         Closed Sunday (THC Softball team practices) – Softball director coordinates scheduling
• ·         THC Observed holidays are:  New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve.  THC may schedule organizational and community-based camps during school holidays, Christmas break, Spring break and summer vacation.

On Monday-Thursday nights, priority access and scheduling of our instructional cages and pitching lanes will be given to private lessons.  However, there will be the availability of 2 batting cages (reserved for baseball only) and 2 batting cages (reserved for softball only).  These cages can’t be reserved by individuals and can only be reserved by organizational coaches which must do so in advance.  They should confirm availability first and make sure the reservation is communicated and reflected on the master THC calendar.  Any conflicts must be resolved through the respective organizational director.

Individuals who are part of a THC organizational team (THC Softball or Arsenal Baseball) can continue to schedule lessons at the new organization team single lesson rate of $38 or a package of 4 lessons for $140.  Scheduling of recurring or future-dated weekly lessons is limited to the number of lessons purchased in the package.  A new package of 8 lessons for $260 is being offered for those wishing to reserve more future-dated lessons.  This package must be paid in advance and multiple 8 lesson packages can be purchased.  Lesson cancellation policies exist for all lessons scheduled.

Individuals not associated with an organizational team can continue to schedule lessons at the new non-member single lesson rate of $45 or a package of 4 lessons for $170.  Scheduling of recurring or future-dated weekly lessons is limited to the number of lessons purchased in the package.  A new package of 8 lessons for $320 is being offered for those wishing to reserve more future-dated lessons.  This package must be paid in advance and multiple 8 lesson packages can be purchased.  Lesson cancellation policies exist for all lessons scheduled. Lessons may be initially delayed or unavailable during this transition (month of September).   In addition, individuals, groups, or teams can inquire regarding camps and skill assessment opportunities which are open to the public.

Player Development Group Sessions will continue to be available for small groups and individual players desiring to be a part of this ongoing and proven development program.  Space is limited with initial priority provided to existing groups and older age players seeking to enhance their college preparation development.  The cost per individual is $25 per week in a 1 hour group session format consisting of  3-4 players per group.  Sessions normally run 6-8 weeks with priority sessions established for high school preparation groups from November thru December and January thru February.
