We will be lifting and Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays Period 7 (2:40-3:40pm) and 3:30-4:45 for those who have a period 7
Wednesdays are on the field for speed training same time frames, bring cleats if you have them.
We will be having a few Saturday morning workouts on the field to be announced.
We will keep you advised on events as they are announced to us.
