REGISTER FOR THE 2019 SEASON

Tackle Football (Ages 6-14) $235 included in price : Equipment rental-Helmet, Shoulder Pads, 7 pc set, Belt, and game pants. They keep Game day Jersey, Socks, Spirit pack , Equipment Bag, Picture Packet, and Trophy
Flag Football (Ages 4-6) $100 included in price: Soft Helmet rental, They Keep- Game day Uniform , Spirit pack , Picture Packet and Trophy
Cheer (Ages 7-14) $100 registration ,included in price Spirit pack , Cheer bag, Picture Packet, and Trophy (Uniform additional cost)
Mascot (Ages 5-6) $75 registration included in price Spirit pack included , Cheer bag Picture Packet, and Trophy (Uniform additional cost)

Coaches / Staff are Concussion Certified by
USA Footballs, Heads Up Program.
All Coaches/Staff are volunteers required to pass a
Megans Law and Backround Check.
*This includes but not limited to sex offender, child abuse, fraud and criminal history.

We are non-profit football and cheer program for youth children.
We are centralized in the heart of the Fontana area, which also includes nearby cities such as
Bloomington, Ontario and San Bernardino.
It is our desire that the Fontana Trojan J.A.A.F. Youth Football and Cheer organization serves as a positive presence in the community.
we also reserve the right to disable service at any time, for any reason we see fit.
We do not, however, have a habit of disabling anyone that does not violate
SCJAAF or Fontana Chapter policies and guidelines.
