Basketball Consideration Survey - Last Year Participants

We at the recreation department are looking ahead. We need your help and recognize we may not reach all the boys and girls who participated in the YMCA and ESYBL basketball program last school year. But for those of you who have, will your child be participating this school year?

This survey only touches on the core group of children participating last school year and will not reach those students who may be interested in participating this year. That will take place when registration opens.

Also, would any of you who coached last year be interested in coaching again?

BASKETBALL - Consideration Survey

Before registrations begin we ask for parents to complete and submit a "who is playing" survey. In the event your child will not be playing we need to know that too. For this reason we need 100 percent participation on this survey.

The survey links are above right.

Softball - Consideration Survey

Now that baseball is underway it is time to focus on softball. A few things to know.

There will be safety measures and social distancing for players and spectators similar to baseball.

Presently there is no practicing at the schools until July 1. In the meantime plans are to practice at Centennial Park

Before equipment is handed out and practice begins we ask for parents to complete and submit a "who is playing" survey. In the event your child will not be playing  there is a box to indicate what you want us to do with your child's registration fee. For this reason we need 100 percent participation on this survey.

Here is the link to the survey. SURVEY LINK

Baseball - Consideration Survey

Baseball is scheduled to begin games on Wednesday, June 10. A scheduling meeting will take place on two separate evenings. June 1 and June 3, a Monday and a Wednesday. Teams will play each opponent one time during the 6 week season. The League will hold its Annual Tournament on Friday, July 24 and Saturday July 25.

There are proposed safety measures in both practice and game to ensure appropriate physical distancing under the CDC guidelines.
