On Monday, March 3rd, John Lightizer passed away suddenly.  Lighty as he was known to everyone was entering his 49th year coaching in Norwood Babe Ruth League.  During the last 20 of those years he also served as league president.  This is a tremendous loss for all of us who knew Lighty as a loyal friend.  Funeral arrangements for Lighty are scheduled for early April, exact dates and times can be found at Delaney Funeral Home.
