The mission of the Newfields Youth Athletic Association (NYAA) is to provide a safe, instructive, and enjoyable experience through team sports while stressing the qualities of sportsmanship and fair play. The NYAA is committed to promoting an atmosphere that stresses active participation, positive modeling of team concepts, and increasing the participants’ self-esteem.
The NYAA is a volunteer recreation association that provides organized sports programs for all age-appropriate children of the Newfields Community as well as those surrounding towns which may not offer a youth program. The NYAA is run solely by volunteers for the benefit of the youth within the community.
