Application for the Rosedale Recreation and Parks Scholarship Contest can be downloaded HERE.

As of July 1, 2015  all Baltimore County volunteers need to apply for background screening at the start of each activity season. Below is a link to the website for this process. Please enter the code BCGRec17 to apply.
