South Charlotte Rams is a 501(c)3 Non Profit organization geared to foster and nurture the development of our future leaders. Our objective is to use athletics to teach critical life skills than can be applied in our daily lives. We will promote and encourage academic achievement. It is equally important to provide a platform for our youth to express themselves so we can guide them in a direction that is conducive to growth and success.

As we begin our 3rd Fall Season, we've experienced tremendous growth over the past two years and is extremely grateful and humbled by the acceptance and admiration shown towards our program.  We will continue to make this a place where kids can grow and learn more about themselves as they experience life lessons through youth sports such as the heartache of defeat & the triumph in being victorious all while having our organization as a support system in conjunction with their parents or guardian.

We are here to serve the South/Southwest portion of Mecklenburg County which includes the Steele Creek, Northern Fort Mill,  Nations Ford, South Blvd & Tyvola Areas.

The undisputed most competitve unrestricted weight/age based league in the Carolinas. This is not a weighted league. PLAYERS WILL COMPETE WITH AND AGAINST KIDS HIS AGE REGARDLESS OF THEIR SIZE. Your player will be challenged while learning the fundamentals of football.

Member organizations share the common goal of creating better men & women using athletics as a tool & outlet to foster our 5 Core Values of  RESPECT, RESPONSIBILITY, INTEGRITY, SPORTSMANSHIP & LEADERSHIP

Teaching objective by age group

TINY MITE:This team is comprised of 5&6 Year old players. Players must not turn 7 years of age before July 31st.Teaching the young players to love the game of football is the primary mission in conjunction learning the most basic fundamentals.

JR. VARSITY: This team is comprised of 9 &10 Year old players. Players must not turn 11 years of age before July 31st.  A more competitive division where players begin to learn the value of goal setting and competing for positions

VARSITY: This team is comprised of 11&12 Year old players. Players must not turn 13 years of age before July 31st. No weight restriction to play. We play by High School Rules and it is competitive football. Although no players are cut it is competitive football. Players compete to earn and keep all starting positions.
