SYF&C is going
grey in September!!
Stow Youth Football & Cheerleading is helping to Tackle Childhood Cancer
in honor of Leah Merriman.
Leah is an 11 year old, who is going through her 2nd year of chemotherapy for treatment of a brain tumor.
Funds raised from the grey socks will go towards
the Akron Children’s Hospital Neuro-Oncology Fund..
Purchased socks can be worn during home games during September.
This is an AWESOME way for SYF&C to support and give back to our community!!!!!
**Grey Ribbons represent brain cancer awareness, as September is Childhood Cancer awareness month we are going to be wearing the grey socks during home games in September, however in order to specialize the socks to Leah, SYF wanted them to be grey instead of the gold which represents childhood cancer in general**
All sock orders have came in, team moms will be distributing! Please wear your grey socks for all home games in September!!!
