*UPDATE: We have openings for our C & B Cheer Squads. So if you have a 7,8 or 9 year old who wants to cheer, come to the June 2nd registration to get more information.*

 

For 2013 Football Registration Only: 

We are offering another In-person Registration date, set for Sunday, June 2nd from 1-4pm @ Oregon Trails Meeting Room (by soccer fields across from Woodland Elementary).

   

 Required items to bring:

•   Registration Application (found under "Handouts" in the menu)
• $150 Registration Fee ($170 after June 30th)
• $100 volunteer/equipment refundable security deposit - check only (Oct 1st postdate)
• Sport's Release Letter or Physical from your doctor
• Copy of Birth Certificate
• Code of Conduct signed by player and parent (found under "Handouts" in the menu)
• 1"x1" color photo

 

Please keep in mind that your player will not practice or receive any equipment until we receive ALL of the forms and fees listed above. 

 

On-Line Registration will remain open until July 1st. 

See "Online Forms" in the menu to register.

You will still need to submit ALL of the above items in order for your player to participate.

New Football Game Jerseys for the 2013 Season!!!

Thanks to TTR Shipping, we will receive 300 brand spankin' new Under Armour Game Jerseys!!

 

What are we going to do with the old ones?

We will be selling them!!!   You can get your player's jersey for $20. And if you want your last name on the back, $25.

 

How is it going to work?

We are using "first-come-first-serve". Email Stacy Sackett at stacyjj143@yahoo.com with these exact details:  Player name, jersey number you are requesting, division(c, b, a, jv or v), if you want your last name on the back, exact spelling of that last name (what is on email is what you will get). If any info is missing, you may not get your requested number. You will receive an email confirming your request and if your jersey number is available. THEN, bring your $25 for jersey/name or $20 for just jersey to our SYF Mini-Camp on Friday, July 19th and you will receive your jersey then.
