Practices begin: November 11, 2024

ALL wrestlers should purchase their USA Wrestling Cards prior to practice:

(**Please choose Oswego Wrestling Club as your club when prompted during registration**)

*New wrestlers will need to upload a copy of their birth certificate to USAWrestling with their Athlete Membership form

ALL forms can be found under the Forms tab; click on Forms and Handouts tab.

Please have your USAWrestling membership ID, OWC Registration Form, OWC Medical Form and payment at your child's first practice.

*Additional practice information can be found on the OWC Information Page under Froms and Handouts.

•  Wrestlers who are sick / showing signs of a sickness Should NOT attend practice.

**Wrestlers should wear t-shirts and shorts. 

**Wrestling shoes should be put on in the room (do not wear them outside).

**Remember to bring water!  No wrestlers should be leaving the Wrestling Room!
