Please check under the 'Handouts' page for the official TYFL Certification Roster Form or click TYFL Certification Roster Form  to be completed and submitted with your age/grade verification paperwork. This will be all due at Cerification.

Score verification sheets are to be turned in at the completion of each game and submitted to your Association President.
