Pony Division Playoff Update
Update on Pony playoffs
1. The double forfiet between the Braves and the A's will remain a loss for both teams. It wouldn't be fair to award a team a tie which is basically a 1/2 win for not even playing a game.
2. Ties/susp games are only played out if they will make a difference in the standings
3. The suspended game between the Cards and Braves will not be made up. Even if the braves win that game and win out and the Cards lose their last game, the best they can do is tie the cardinals for 3rd place. They would be 2/2 against each other and the next tiebreaker would be run differential for all games. The Cards lead the Braves by 69, which would give the the higher seed anyways.
4. No ties for the A's or Yankees will be played out. At best, if the Yankees were to win out and the A's lose out, they would end up tied for 1st. They would be 2/2 against each other and the next tiebreaker would be run differential for all games. The A's run differential is 100+ higher than the Yankees so they would get the higher seed anyways.
So this is how the Pony Playoffs seeds will look.
