Morgan Markey pitched a complete game and drove in the winning run in the top of the eighth as York Township remained undefeated. Derek Pitzer doubled with one out in the eighth, his third hit of the game. Following the second out, Markey singled for his third hit to score Pitzer. Mark Shoff followed with a single to score Markey. Hallam put two batters on base with one out in the bottom of the inning, but Markey retired the last two batters. Markey finished with four strikeouts and three walks. He and Pitzer each finished with three hits and two RBIs. Shoff had two hits and also drove in two runs. Joe Strayer had two hits and three RBIs for the Express, including a two-run home run. Justin Seitz singled twice and knocked in a run.
