Follow Chain of Command

The President shall have general supervision over all the affairs of the League and shall call and preside at all meetings of the League and the Board. The President shall be an ex-officio member of all committees and appoint chairpersons and members of committees consistent with these by-laws.
The President shall serve as primary liaison with the Hayward Area Recreation District and with the CYSA.
