The Blackstone Valley Chaos Youth Basketball Program is a registered non-profit organization committed to providing the youth of Blackstone Valley, opportunities to practice, develop, compete and excel against players from all over New England.

In the BVC program, fundamental drill work and competition is the primary emphasis to allow for players to have a solid foundation to expand their games.
