Football Conditioning programs are Periodized (Science Based 10-12 weeks) programs--training the athlete through Training Phases: Muscular Endurance/ Hypertrophy(if needed), Strength, Power, and Peaking.
Interval Speed Training programs are included with the Periodized Conditioning Weight Training programs. Speed Training programs will optimize Speed Endurance and Maximum Sprint Speed increasing 30, 40 and 60 yard sprint times for tryouts, combines, testing and practices.
My Football Conditioning programs have reduced 40 Yard Sprint times by .2-.3 of a second on All-State Football players, increased Strength levels by 20-30%, and increased Broad Jump Power output by 10-12 inches. These programs will prepare athletes for more competitive performances, dominance of opponents, and make athletes more talented Athletic prospects needed by College Coaches. However, athletes must strictly adhere to the program's assigned volume (Sets & Reps), Intensity (% of RM), Lifting Speed, and rest and recuperation regime to attain the best results. Athletes who are Stronger, Faster, and more Powerful, will receive more recruiting and athletic scholarship opportunities.
