Jessica L. Harback-LaRoche joined Damage Inc. in 1995 and was part of 2-championship teams (95 & 98). She was named Damage's bench coach in 1996 and held that title until 2001 and then again in 2007.
Jessica officially retired after the 2007 season for health reasons. She continues to stay involved in Damage's rich history as VP of Damage's Alumni Committee.

Jessica Harbeck was inducted into the Damage Softball Hall of Fame in the first ever class of 2006. Her #23 was retired in 2005.
