After 17 years of teaching and coaching, Amy Brodbeck brings experience to the McCallum volleyball program. "Coach B" returns for her fifth years as head coach at McCallum. She has 10 years of volleyball experience as a junior varsity and freshman coach, along with other coaching experience in basketball and track. Coach Brodbeck was head track coach at Rockdale for eight years.

Growing up with a father who was an athletic director and a mother who was an English teacher Amy was accustomed to education and extra-curricular activities. She graduated from Floresville High School playing volleyball and basketball. She then went to Southwest Texas State University to graduate with a Bachelor's in Exercise and Sports Science.
