In a commitment to serving the youth in his community, Ralph Haynes a retired member of the United States Army has spent 14 years as a coach in the Ponchatoula area and as Commissioner of the Hammond Little/Junior Conference for 5 years. In 2008 Mr. Haynes founded the Hammond Junior Tors Youth Organization. Mr. Haynes vision was to build an organization that embodied his 4 core principles. Football would be used as a conduit to teach Discipline, Honor, Determination and Excellence both on and off the field. In addition Mr. Haynes believes that these four basic principles would only enhance playing football on any level. Young men from the age of 6 to 12 are welcome to participate in this life changing experience.

It is our honor to announce that we are now offering opportunities for young women who are interested in our Cheerleading Teams.
