Fields & Complex Director

The BLL Director of Fields/Grounds shall:

● Report into the Executive Vice President
● Be responsible for facilities maintenance and repairs
● Be responsible for keys to all locks and distribution/collection of keys, coordinates janitorial services for restrooms and solicits the membership help on improvement projects.
● Oversee the Field/Grounds Committee.
● Work in conjunction with Field/Grounds Committee to allocate time, personnel, resources, and funds for the upkeep of the Cherry Quay complex.
● Maintain open channel with the Board of Directors regarding field and complex conditions
● Work with the BLL Safety Officer to ensure a safe and healthy environment for conducting youth sprots.
● Purchase and maintain all field equipment.
● Purchase all materials for field and complex.
● Oversee equipment rentals needed for field clean ups or projects.
