Coach Duncan is currently in his 8th year of involvement with the Alexander Track and Cross Country program. In addition to assisting Coach Robinson in Cross Country, he coaches the sprints/hurdles/jumps on the track. He has been twice voted AHS coach of the year, as well as 2006 Region Track Coach of the Year. Coaches Duncan and Robinson have overseen numerous Region championship teams, individual state champions and scorers, and upwards of 30 college signees in the past 8 years.

Coach Duncan ran track at Northwestern University for one year before transferring to Georgia Tech. He shares 2 school records at Northwestern, where he was voted top newcomer, and held the indoor 800m school record at Georgia Tech, where he was also voted Co-Captain by his
teammates his senior year.

He lives in Winston with his wife, Michelle, their 3 kids, Randy, Brandon, and Audrey-Anna, and 2 dogs, Beauty and Ginger."
