born in Portugal Madeira 1963, He studied at the Infante Don Henrique elementary school, in the city of Funchal madeira, in 1974 he traveled to Venezuela and graduated as Electrical Engineer, play Futbol at the Soccer School of Funchal in Maritimo SC, until he was 12 years old, in Venezuela he played soccer until the 24, was formed as Referee in the FVF and was International Referee Until 1999, traveled to USA in the Year 2000 to California, and created the Inland United Soccer League with 120 teams of all ages of U7-U19, teams from southern California, teams from Brazil, Mexico, Spain and Guatemala have come in the league. He has a relationship with the soccer school of Getafe in Spain to develop local soccer, he is the director of the Referees School in Moreno Valley, with 50 members.
