Bill Stafford is a Proctor Alum and returns to teach at the middle school. He has a degree from Bemidji State in Language Arts and teaches 6th grade. He played football at Proctor and also ran track. Bill works with the RB's and runs the 9th grade offense. Coach Stafford also coaches junior high track.
