John is the founder, President and Managing Director of the Lightning. He also spent 13 years as the field manager for the 18 & over team. John has over 30 years of coaching experience in baseball and softball and is the High School Sports Editor for the Daily Herald. His Lightning women's teams went 327-209, including a 3rd place finish at the USSSA World Series in 2006 and 2007 as well as a 5th place finish at the ASA 23U Nationals in 2002.
