Rich Minnix

Head Coach

Rich Minnix played four varsity seasons for the Trojans from 2002-05, Lyman Hall went 58-27-2 during his playing days,back when they were playing in Division I and qualifying for state tournaments.

Minnix replaces Tim Belcher, who left in July 2013 to fill the coaching slot at his alma mater, Notre Dame-West Haven. Belcher coached the Trojans for 13 years,
As for Minnix, Lyman Hall went 58-27-2 during his playing days.

“I’m hoping to get Lyman Hall back to where it was when I played,” he said. “The students would come to the games. Northford Ice Pavilion would be packed.”

Minnix named Jerry Couden, a three-year captain at SCSU who played scholastically for the Milford co-op, as his assistant.
