Victor Cisneros has over 30 years experience in the game of baseball and has coached at the select level for the past 10 seasons. He's a native of San Antonio who's an alumni of Sidney Lanier High School were he lettered for four years as an infielder. He received recognition as an All-District 3rd baseman. He also has collegiate experience and continues to play baseball in a local men's league when not coaching select.

Victor is married to his high school sweetheart, Vilma, with whom he has two children Kristen and Aidan (Lobos-2022).
