Hello Bay Club Baseball community,

I am extremely excited to sign on as commissioner of the Kindergarten and Grades 1-2 of Bay Baseball Club. The past few seasons I?ve spent coaching have been a lot of fun. If I?ve had a chance to coach your son then you know how much fun I like to have out on the baseball field. I?ve truly been waiting for life to grant me an opportunity like this since the moment I found out our firstborn was going to be a boy. We are extremely grateful for the opportunity to serve our community and our neighbors in a way that brings the whole community together during some of the most picture perfect days we get in Northeast Ohio.

The successes we?ve enjoyed have had everything to do with our fantastic group of parents. Not only that but seeing the smiles on the faces of our boys and the encouragement from other parents is ultimately what led me to making the decision to fully commit to adding value to this league and our hometown. I felt like we were able to build the foundation of a strong community baseball program that helps the kids enjoy and learn to respect the game.
Baseball is an incredible game that has the power to teach children valuable life lessons and develop important skills. It is a game that requires focus, dedication, and a positive mindset. These are all traits that are essential for success in any area of life, both on and off the field.

At a young age, children are still developing their understanding of the world around them and the values that will shape their lives. By teaching them the game of baseball in a fun and enjoyable way, we can help them to understand the importance of hard work, perseverance, and teamwork.

By creating a positive and inclusive environment where children can learn and grow, we can help them to develop a love for the game and a positive mindset that will serve them well in all areas of life.
As a league, we believe that it is essential to make sure that the children are having fun while they are learning the game. By keeping the game fun and lighthearted, we can help children to develop a positive attitude and a love for the game.

We also believe that the children should learn to respect the game, the rules, and the teammates. By teaching the boys how to respect the game, the boys will learn how to respect the rules, the umpires, and the other players.

This year, our aim is to build on that momentum and continue to provide an outstanding baseball experience for all of our players. We are dedicated to creating a positive and inclusive environment where all kids can grow and develop their skills on and off the field. We cannot do it without you, and we look forward to seeing each one of you. I would like to communicate a bit more frequently in hopes that an omnichannel approach to communication will help give our community the confidence it needs to get behind our well crafted and expertly guided program.
I can't wait to see the boys back on the field, and to see the new players joining the league. We will be announcing the schedule and the registration process soon.
