The primary role of the Director of Rugby is to establish the culture, vision, and goals of the club. He/she is also responsible for:

• Mentoring the coaching staff
• Work closely with the Head Coach(s) to establish philosophy of coaching
• Assist Head Coach(s) with developing practice planning to ensure the game strategy and patterns of play can be achieved
• Assist in conflict resolution internally as well as externally
