• Work closely with the team manager to make sure that all the information on the Jupiter Sharks website (www.jupitersharksrugby.com) is accurate and up-to-date
• Immediately update the schedule page if match times or venues change
• Update the club’s Facebook page, as appropriate
• Keep track of player information and dues payments, preferably using the HiPer software since it is a USA Rugby system
