The role of the assistant coaches is to be of maximum assistance to the head coach. It is their responsibility to understand the head coach’s overall direction for the style of play, level of fitness required, and match strategy for each of the teams.

The assistant coaches must be well prepared to take over a practice session or coaching a match if the head coach is unable to participate.
