ERICA MARTINEZ

Associate Head Coach/ Girls Player Development

Erica joined the Salt Lakers coaching staff in 2015 She has coached at the high school level since joining us and plays a vital role in our player development. Erica played high school basketball at Judge Memorial High, where during her senior season in 2010, she averaged 24.5 points, 3.3 rebounds and 3.6 assists per game in route to guiding her Bulldog team to the 2010 Division 3A Simi-Final. For her efforts, Erica was named 1st team All State for the fourth time. She set many scoring records and still holds the three point record for most 3's in a season, 87, and 3's in a career, 250. Of her many athletic accomplishments, Erica is especially proud of starting her quest to achieve her dreams to attend college by joining the Salt Lakers from 2005 to 2010.
Following her very successful high school career, Erica played collegiately at Snow College beginning in 2010 and after becoming a Jr College All American she moved on to Boise State University. While at BSU, Erica was best known for her strong defense, unselfish play, 3 point shooting and relentless work ethic.
Erica brings her knowledge of the game to the Salt Lakers family and looks forward to working with all of her players to help them achieve their dreams.
