1st Vice President (Scheduling, Ump Mgr)

The first vice-president shall act as an aide to the president and shall perform the duties of the president in the absence of that officer. He shall be responsible for the proper functioning of all committees for which the president has appointed the chairman and provide such reports as may be requested by the president. He shall also be responsible for the scheduling of any and all League games, and perform such other duties as may be delegated to him.
