Frank has been involved with lacrosse for over 35 years. He played lacrosse at St. Paul's School for Boys and then Johns Hopkins. He later started coaching at his alma mater St. Pauls with several different positions at St. Paul's, including asst coach Varsity & JV and running the middle school program for several years. Most recently, Frank has been coaching the Keystone PA High School All Star team as well as his High School club team TEAM Lacrosse.
