Thom Frock

Coach - Volleyball GIRLS

Thom is passionate about Christ, his family, and volleyball. He started playing volleyball in 1987, began to coach in 2001 as an assistant boys club coach, and has continued to serve in various coaching roles ever since. In 2014, hearing a call to represent Jesus in the “Club VB” community, Thom co-founded FCA Maryland Volleyball (FCAMDVB) and coached two FCAMDVB teams each season. The Lord blessed the Fellowship of Christian Athletes club with growth each season, and Thom says it is a huge blessing to be able to serve the mid-Atlantic VB community through FCAMDVB.
Thom has been married to his bride, Cheryl, for over 30 years and lives in Carroll County.
