• Shall be responsible for maintaining an accurate account of all funds of the organization.
• Shall be the primary contact for all organization bank accounts.
• Shall co-sign on all bank accounts
• Shall present a treasurer’s report at all board meetings.
• Shall chair The Budget Committee.
• Shall verify that all expenses submitted for payment are authorize in the current budget or have been approve by the appropriate board.
• Paying bills for budgeted expenses as directed by the President or Executive Board.
• Shall be a voting member of the Board of Directors.
