Coach Diggs brings his experience as a Coach and former football and track and field athlete for a unique outlook on speed, conditioning and agility training. Since 2009, Diggs has worked with some of the top athletes in the area (See Alumni) while continuing to train athletes from the youth to the collegiate level.
