Pat grew up in Forney, participating in youth sports in the Forney Community for close to 20 years. He went to Forney HS and played Football, Baseball, and Basketball, while continuing his involvement in the community by coaching local sports team, volunteering, and being a mentor to young children interested in Sports. He received a Football Scholarship to play at West Texas A&M University. While there he was a two-time All Conference Linebacker and a Pre-season All American. After his college career was ended early due to a serious neck injury, he immediately began coaching football at the collegiate level. He coached for 4 seasons before leaving to start a youth sports company called Flex Football based out of Frisco, TX. He started Forney Flag Football to provide the opportunity for kids to learn the game of football, and have an amazing experience from start to finish each season!
