We use the Louisville Slugger Blue Flame mechanical pitching machine. The machine is spring loaded and operated by a coach. The machine is set at a distance of 46ft. on a setting of 8 (approx 35 mph). Games consist of 6 inning and has a time limit of 75 minutes. No bunting or stealing is allowed.
Players in this division are typically 7-8 years old but may range in age from 5-10 years old based upon experience and players ability.
Players in this age group may be eligble to participate in all-stars. In the past we have fielded teams in both the 7U and 8U age groups.
