For Players Fourth Grade through Sixth Grade. This is the first level where kids pitch to kids. Ball and strikes are called by an umpire. There continues a running batting order but there is a maximum of 11 fielding players allowed. There is bunting and leading but no stealing at this level. A standard 11" ball is used.
