Annual ASA Fast-Pitch Softball Tournaments
Due to the overwhelming interest in our softball tournaments we are notifying the teams that participated in the 2014 tournaments and/or contacted me prior to this form being sent out on November 6, 2014. These teams will have until December 31, 2014 to reserve their spot in the 2015 tournaments.
On January 1, 2015 we will open the registrations on a first come first serve basis. Any new registrations received before January 1, 2015 will be entered into the tournament, based on the postal date on the envelopes, on January 1, 2015. Teams will receive an Acceptance Letter by E-Mail.
Tournament Dates and Brackets Information
12 and Under – June 26, 27 and 28, 2015
16 team limit, 4 game guarantee, 3 pool/single elimination, Sunday bracket seeding based on pool play records
14 and Under – June 26, 27 and 28, 2015 (33rd annual)
16 team limit, 4 game guarantee, 3 pool/single elimination, Sunday bracket seeding based on pool play records
16 and Under – July 10, 11 and 12, 2015 (27th annual)
32 team limit, 4 game guarantee, 3 pool/single elimination, Sunday bracket seeding based on pool play records
18 and Under – July 17, 18 and 19, 2015 (28th annual)
32 team limit, 4 game guarantee, 3 pool/single elimination, Sunday bracket seeding based on pool play records
Registration Procedure
1.) E-Mail Jessica Matz at dltn_jmatz@tccsa.net to reserve your spot.
2.) After reserving your spot, mail the Registration Form (page 2) and Registration Fee to:

3.) I will be using the TournamentASA.com website for the tournament(s). After your registration has been verified by an Acceptance Letter, please become a member, create a team and complete the team roster on the website. If you have any difficulties with TournamentASA.com, please call.

Registration Fee: $ 450.00
Payable to: Loudonville Youth League (note 2015 Tournaments in the memo)
Pool Creation: Blind Draw by Tournament Director

Loudonville Tournament Refund Policy
*If an organization withdraws from the tournament before May 15, 2015 - full refund.
*If an organization withdraws from the tournament on or after May 15, 2015 - no refund.
*If a team plays 0 games and the tournament is cancelled for any reason - refund $ 375.00
*If a team plays 1 game and the tournament is cancelled for any reason - refund $ 275.00
*If a team plays 2 games and the tournament is cancelled for any reason - refund $ 175.00
*If a team plays 3 games and the tournament is cancelled for any reason - refund $ 75.00
*If a team plays less than 4 games but the tournament is completed - no refund
*If a team plays 4 or more games - no refund
Proceeds go to The Loudonville Youth, Inc.
Supporters of the boys and girls youth baseball and softball programs in the Loudonville/Perrysville area.
The Concessions are run by and manned by The Loudonville and/or Perrysville Youth Organizations
